Over a 25-year career spanning top-tier financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan and Fidelity Investments, Dr. Saul has specialized in asset-based lending, EBITDA valuation, and middle-market growth financing—consistently delivering high-impact transactions and innovative financial solutions. He holds a BBA, MBA, and DBA in Finance and is an alumnus of The George Washington University. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership which she leverages to bring deep expertise in organizational growth to her work supporting New York’s diverse entrepreneurial community. Dr. Cavel Miller is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Obesity Management Specialist, Metabolic Wellness Provider, and DNP Student Preceptor. With over 16 years of experience in the medical field, she brings a powerful blend of expertise, compassion, and real-world leadership to her work. Dr. Miller is the Founder and CEO of HydriGlo Health & Wellness, a wellness and aesthetic practice in the Bronx. She is widely known for her warm, empowering approach to helping individuals take control of their health, confidence, and overall well-being. Dr. Miller is deeply passionate about motivating other nurse practitioners to leverage their licenses beyond the traditional 9–5. She encourages clinicians to build sustainable, fulfilling paths that allow them to lead, create, and make an impact on their own terms.
