Established Primary Care clinic is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient setting in New Haven, Connecticut!

Your Role with the Group:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
• Potential for a 4 day work week
• FNP or PA will be working in an outpatient family practice setting

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 1+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
