Description
Our client with Urgent Cares in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. They are looking for at least two years of experience and proficiency with procedures. The ability to work independently is important but they have a very collaborative environment and accessible provider team. The schedule is 12-hour weekdays, 8-hour weekends, every other weekend. Patient experience is a cornerstone of this organization. They will hire the right provider quickly and offer competitive compensation, productivity bonuses, and annual retention bonuses. As well as full medical benefits, PTO, retirement with a match, and more. This urgent care is located just inside the CT/MA border close to Springfield on the Connecticut River.
