One of our clients is looking for an Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Location: Ossining, NY 10562

Position Type: Full-Time/Perm

Schedule: Days 4x10 or 5x8: Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm with rotating on-call status

Job Description: Pediatric Acute Care Facility

Responsibilities And Duties

Services: Medical, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Therapeutics, Palliative Care, Education (patients are children that have Traches and Ventilators)

Provide primary care services to pediatric patients.
Perform clinical assessments of children for acute illness or changes in status.
Order medications and ensure proper administration.
Provide emergency services for residents as needed.
Address abnormal laboratory results and document assessments and plans.
Coordinate and arrange transfers of residents to acute care facilities as indicated, including providing written consultation and making telephone calls to receiving Emergency Departments

Requirements

Acute Care experience
FNP or PNP license in NY
