Pay Range: $135000K-$150000K

Description

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to oncology patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Focus on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Work across the continuum of cancer treatment.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical assessments and health histories of oncology patients.
• Diagnose and manage conditions related to oncology.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the oncology team.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics.
• Current License as a Nurse Practitioner in the Northeastern United States.
• National Board Certification required.
• Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC).
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
