Advanced Practice Nurse, Endocrine - Ridgewood, Full Time, Day New

Position Summary

In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Scope of practice will encompass: o Expert clinical practice. Expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers Research Leadership (clinical, professional, and systems). Schedule may include on-call and/or weekend rotations.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program as determined by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation or holds a current Registered Professional Nurse and Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program/master's in nursing.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical practice experience with this population of patients
  
  

Skills

• Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving.
• Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred.
  
  

Salary

• Minimum new grad base salary $121,700. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA
• Generous with RVU production incentive.
• Ability to earn up to 5% quality incentive.
