This is an established hospital providing comprehensive psychiatric services with strong interdisciplinary support. The facility features a 20-bed psychiatric department with support from mid-level providers, social workers, and nurses, ensuring collaborative and comprehensive patient care.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry

Job Details:
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistent work-life balance
• Full-time coverage required with no call, no evenings, no weekends, and no holidays
• Adult-only practice focusing on psychiatric care
• Responsibilities include consult service, ED coverage, and inpatient rounding
• Average of 10 patient encounters per shift
• Work as part of a supportive team with mid-level providers, social workers, and nurses
• On-site position only - no telehealth opportunities available
• Must be board certified
• Must have active Massachusetts medical license
• 90-day credentialing timeframe with Medical Staff
