Incentive Spirometry Study Request

Posted over 7 years ago by Susan Moscou

Research Study Brief Description

We are a research group at Brown University Alpert Medical School interested in studying how incentive spirometry impacts nurses' workload, their understanding of incentive spirometry, and barriers to patient adherence to incentive spirometry use. The goal of this study is to evaluate the variability in these trends to better understand how incentive spirometry impacts nurses and their patients.

You are being asked to complete a brief online survey. This survey will take approximately five (5) minutes. Your responses would be much appreciated and will enable us to develop a deeper understanding regarding incentive spirometry use in patient care, adding to the body of literature regarding incentive spirometry.

This survey is anonymous and there will be no way to link responses to identifying information. The records will be kept confidential and secure by the REDCap program. REDCap does not record IP addresses. The final and aggregated results of the survey will be shared upon request.
