Urgent Call to NYS Action: Help NP bill S.3056 advance through New York Senate

Dear NPNY, 

As we head into the long weekend and the final weeks of the NY legislative session, now is a great time to reach out to your Senators in support of Senate Bill 3056. 

The bill would retire the requirement for NPs with more than 3,600 hours in practice to maintain a regulated collaborate relationship and maintain documentation. It would provide more flexibility for NPs with less than 3,600 to practice. 

Overall, making it easier for patients to access care.
