Your voices have been heard!

On April 9th, Governor Hochul signed legislation for Full Practice Authority for NYS NPs. 

- Junior NPs no longer need to submit practice protocols 

- NPs with >3600 hours of experience no longer need a written agreement to practice 

- NPs with >3600 hours of experience no longer need a collaborative relationship to practice
