Today, the U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to consider H.R. 6087, the Improving Access to Workers’ Compensation for Injured Federal Workers Act. It is critical that every Member of Congress hears from their nurse practitioner constituents in support of this legislation. H.R. 6087 would authorize NPs to certify a federal employee's injury or illness, and oversee their health care delivery in accordance with state law.
