American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is conducting a survey targeting healthcare providers

Posted over 10 years ago by Juliette Blount

The American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) conducted an Occupational Analysis study of the medical assisting profession in 2012. AAMA is conducting another survey targeting healthcare providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administration who employ or work with medical assistants. We respectfully request your participation in this 12-minute/24 question survey.

The survey’s primary focus is on the tasks that employers expect a recent medical assisting graduate to competently perform upon hire.  If you prefer, please forward this message to a colleague, such as a practice manager or clinical supervisor, who can provide a valid set of responses about these performance expectations.   All responses will remain anonymous.  You may request a copy of the survey results by contacting the American Association of Medical Assistants at employersurvey@aama-ntl.org.   Thank you for your time and interest in the medical assisting profession.
