Maven Clinic- The Digital Clinic for Women - Launches a Social Impact Initiative around Breastfeeding via the Maven Foundation

Maven Clinic (www.mavenclinic.com) - The Digital Clinic for Women - is launching a Social Impact Initiative around Breastfeeding via the Maven Foundation. 

Here's how it works:

At Maven, we have 60 IBCLCs on our platform delivering on-demand video appointments, alongside hundreds of other doctors, nurse practitioners, midwives, doulas, nutritionists, and mental health providers. Women currently book appointments on Maven for basic prescriptions, pregnancy/postpartum support (including breastfeeding), or just peace of mind.

With Maven's new "Buy One, Give One" initiative, every time a woman books an appointment on Maven, we're donating a lactation consultant appointment to a woman in need. We're very excited about this as Maven's mission is to support women-- especially during the perinatal period when breastfeeding education and support are critical. Montefiore Medical Center is studying this initiative around clinical outcomes as well.
